Twelve years in the fitness industry, a passion for pioneering exercise techniques and a highly-infectious blend of enthusiasm and positivity means Anna has a dynamic approach to fitness.


Her experience in providing sports specific training and massage to professional athletes and teams (most notably Premiership Rugby Clubs such as the Saracens) has given Anna invaluable experience working with some of the most demanding clients with the most specific requirements.

But she also has an inspirational track record with the likes of you and me – those for whom gym equipment is a source of public humiliation and tracksuits bottoms are for ‘chilling’. Her inspirational blend of “drop and give me twenty” style training and enthusiasm means she’s an amazing motivator.

Frankly, she doesn’t care if you’re a size 6 or 26, but she does know that there’s nothing better than an endorphin high. So in the spirit of get up and go, she’ll create a step-by-step programme to meet your goals, asking for feedback and tailoring each workout as she goes.
